Pray for a local coworker serving with us, whose baby was born recently and just got out of ICU. Pray God protects the health of both mother and child.
This month we plan to take in two more children. May God protect us and help us choose the right needy children! Also pray that the children adapt quickly to life with us.

Please pray for Ava’s younger brother, who lives in Sweden. He has suffered physically and mentally for a long time, and doctors have been unable to find the cause of his illness. May God heal him!And pray that even though he lives alone, he will find comfort and strength in the Lord.

Pray for our colleague Vera, who is about to travel to South Africa and Namibia to replace her prosthetic leg. This trip will also be a missionary journey. She will be sharing in churches what she has learned in training and telling how God has been using Nexus in the ministry. Please pray for her — for a safe journey and good health — as she testifies to the grace God has given!
Pray for the start of our winter school term, that our curriculum with its new themes will interest the children; and that Nexus Center will be a safe haven for many children and families who can come and learn in peace.
Pray that students grow spiritually and academically and that their hearts are rooted in the love of Christ.
Pray that parents will build a stable fellowship and that all the families will experience God’s grace.
Pray that the teachers will diligently guide and lovingly nurture the children — that in this new semester they will share Jesus’ love in such a way as to influence the children’s character daily.
