Southeast Asia – Banana City, Lychee City

Brother Tai and Sister Ling

• I (Brother Tai) traveled to Lychee City many times for ministry, but I was caught by the local authorities. I was jailed for 8 days in March, then released. I’m grateful for God’s presence with me despite going through this.
• I plan to go to Banana City in May for ministry in schools and fellowships. May God keep me safe during those ten days of service and give me wisdom to preach His Word.
• May God keep our family safe, healthy, strong, and confident in Him.

Ministry

• Lychee City: Pray God will heal the brothers and sisters in the refugee camp and orphanage, provide all their needs, strengthen their faith, and lead them through these difficult days … by His grace.
• Banana City: The lives of brothers and sisters in the mountains are very difficult. May God provide all their needs, strengthen everyone’s faith, and keep them safe.

Southeast Asia – Chili City

Zane & Nancy

Personal & Family

• Recently Zane has been feeling discomfort in his chest (heart). Also, Nancy hasn’t recovered from the flu and has been feeling weak and exhausted. May God have mercy, heal us, and give us the strength of faith.
• My second sister often coughs up blood. Please pray for God to heal her and enable her to believe and seek Him.
• Nancy’s cousin has breast cancer. Pray for God’s mercy to heal her and give her ability to trust in God.

Ministry: YouFu Center

• We plan to close YouFu Center in July this year. May God guide us and help us understand His will!
• A 16-year-old girl we are ministering to drank pesticide, and her life is hanging in the balance. Pray God saves her!
• We are ministering to more and more people now. May God give us wisdom and love.

South Asia – Friendship Country / Middle East — Ruby City

• We as a couple will go to Friendship Country in mid-May. Pray we have a safe journey.

• Pray that the monthly studies of the Q City college students we are training go smoothly.
• Pray for people in the villages we have visited, that their hearts will be drawn by God’s Word to receive the Gospel.

South Asia – Water City

• Pray for the physical and spiritual health of our family of four.
• Pray God provides all the costs of our second child’s enrollment in kindergarten in May.
• Pray for everything we need for our trip home in late June and for safety on the trip.

Ministry

• Pray we can transfer or sell one of the two businesses we operate (a cafe and a restaurant). We want to do this in God’s timing at a good price.
• Pray for the women and children we serve, that God draws them to know Him more, experience Him, and follow Him.
• Pray for our co-workers as they teach medical knowledge to a group of women and young people in May. May God greatly use these co-workers to be a blessing to the people!

Alex & Ruth

• Pray for our family’s physical, mental and spiritual health.
• Recently my (Alex’s) mother came to visit us. Pray we have a wonderful time together and that my mother can adapt to the climate here.

Ministry

• Pray for our education center in the slum. We’re looking for teachers now; may God give us suitable ones!
• We have found ten children from single-parent, poor families; and we plan to have them come to our place next month. This month I found a house and prepared to purchase furniture and daily necessities. May God bless this ministry!

• Pray for my (Jeremy’s) studies.
• May God give my wife more strength at work.
• Pray for the health and safety of our two daughters. Pray for my eldest daughter to adapt to primary school life.

• I am planning to take a few college students to Water City in July to run a summer camp in a slum primary school. Pray for the success of this plan.
• May God lead me in my preparations to return to (and serve in) Water City.

• Ministry of Education: Pray for teachers to have wisdom so that the Ministry of Education can make greater progress.
• Church: Pray for growth for church members and that God uses us to bring more people into His kingdom.
• Pray for more missionaries to come help us with the spiritual harvest.
• Pray the conflict in Tree City will end and that leaders will have wisdom to rebuild the country.

• Our family has decided to return to China. Pray we have a safe trip home.

• Pray for complete healing for Chawchaw’s leg so she doesn’t need crutches to walk on her own.
• Pray ChawChaw’s daughter will have more love for the Lord.
• Pray for the salvation of my (Winnie’s) unsaved family members.

Ministry: Grace Center

• School starts in mid-May. Pray God will give wisdom to each of the Center’s children so that they study hard.
• Thirteen children have returned to Grace Center in May. Pray that God guides their future.
