• Pray God opens the door for Grace Center’s children to be admitted to a downtown school.
• Pray the children can continue studying and transition smoothly when transferring to a new school next semester.
• Some children returned to Myanmar, and we haven’t been able to contact them due to the war and the earthquake. We don’t know if they are coming back to go to school here. Please pray for their safety!
• Pray the Lord blesses and protects the children in spirit, soul, and body so they grow up healthy. Pray for Winnie, for God’s wisdom to guide the children to learn to rely on the Lord Jesus.

South Asia – Water City

• Pray Lucy and our younger daughter in China relate well with family members, have good fellowship with brothers and sisters, and get their teeth fixed properly.
• Pray for me (Lewis) and our elder daughter to have a smooth, safe return to Water City.
• May God provide for our expenses to go study.

• Pray God chooses our six local co-workers to be His precious children, and that they will also become good shepherds.
• Pray for the women’s and children’s ministry in the slums. Pray God uses their testimonies to draw more people to Himself.
• Pray for the three teaching sites and teachers led by Pastor John in the countryside. Pray more families can be won to the Lord through their classes.

• Pray our application for our security certificate is successful. May God open the way.
• Pray for peace in Water City. The instability of the political situation here has led to many problems, and law enforcement is particularly poor now. Recently Norman’s wallet, drivers license, and bank card were stolen.
• Pray that God will help us guard our hearts from distraction by the difficulties so that our faith grows stronger.

• Pray for our family’s good health. Air pollution in Water City is very bad and often causes us respiratory illnesses.

• Pray for the ten children and two co-workers at the New Hope Orphan Boarding School to grow in God’s care.
• Pray for our customers and the profitability of our business platform.
• Pray for one of the couples among our co-workers. The wife is the only person in Water City who has passed the International Nurse Certification Exam. Now, government health department management wants to work with her to develop a certified course in international nursing. Please pray her light shines brightly for the Lord in this field (as Christians here often face discrimination in both work and study).

• The war has been fierce and many have died. May God stop this war and grant peace to Lychee City!
• The rainy season is coming soon, and the orphanage needs to stock up in advance on tools, medicines, food, and daily necessities. May God provide all the needs and strengthen the faith of the brothers and sisters!
• There is no phone signal on the mountain, and obtaining electric power is also an issue. May God provide a hydroelectric generator.

• This year has had a bumper honey harvest. Pray that honey collected by the brothers and sisters can be sold easily and so support their livelihood.

• Pray the brothers and sisters with kidney disease can find a place to obtain blood, as the hospital does not provide it; they have to purchase it elsewhere for themselves. Pray for God’s mercy and healing. May He strengthen their faith and provide for them!

• The situation in Olive City is still unstable. Pray God protects both the team and students physically, mentally, and spiritually.
• Pray that the doors of freedom in Olive City remain open and that we may continue to minister here.

Levant – Tree City

• Soon we will have our parent-teacher conference. Pray that when parents visit the Center, they feel God’s presence and love.
• We began to share the Gospel more deeply with members of our youth ministry. May they come to know God personally; and pray that more young people will join us.
• Pray our church members find strength and encouragement during this difficult time.
• Pray for national leaders and the general situation in Tree City. Pray God’s protection, peace, and guidance be on this land.
